At the December 3, 2019, Board of County Commissioners (Board) meeting, the Board adopted Ordinance 19-122 creating Section 2-285.2 of the Miami-Dade County Code related to the Miami-Dade Aviation Department's Capital Improvements Acceleration Ordinance.
Ordinance No. 19-122 requires the preparation of a monthly report known as the “Aviation Capital Program Report”, which provides the procurement and financial status of all capital projects approved under the seal of Ordinance No. 19-122.
