Print this page E-mail Page Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) The Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for Construction Activities, Guidance Document for Projects Currently Under Design, is intended to serve as a general guide for the development of SWPPP’s for construction activities performed at Miami-Dade County Aviation Department’s airport facilities.

The MDAD Civil and Environmental Engineering Division (CEED) requires any contractor conducting construction activities in airport facilities to develop a project-specific SWPPP.

Project Civil Engineers and Contractors employing their own construction managers and engineers may use this guidance document to facilitate their development of the SWPPP .
