The Armed Forces Center is located at Central Terminal E, 2nd level. The office is run by volunteers seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Amenities include snacks, TV and a computer with internet access.

Passengers have access to a full service Bank of America's branch North Terminal D, 4th level. Automated teller machines (ATMs) are located throughout the terminal's 2nd level, Terminal D, E and J 1st level, meeter/greeter lobby J 3rd level, and past security in all the concourses.

MIA has two multimedia-ready auditoriums located at North Terminal D, 4th level, and South Terminal J, 3rd level. It can be reserved for special functions and meetings. Please contact 305-871-4100 ext. 2238 for reservations and additional information .View map location.

MIA has animal relief areas located at the arrival level at North Terminal D, Central Terminal E and South Terminal J. The relief areas at Concourses E and J are whimsically themed "doggy parks." All of MIA's relief areas are equipped with dual surfaces and waste disposal stations (map).

The Baggage Checkroom is located at Central Terminal E, 2nd level, and is open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Storage charges are subject to baggage size. With proper identification (e.g., driver's license, birth certificate, passport), affidavits can be obtained for $10 at the baggage checkroom. Other services, including notary services and baggage accessories, are also available. For more information call 305-869-1163.

For passengers' convenience and need, MIA provides a non-denominational chapel room located at North Terminal D, 4th level, of the terminal.

MIA has foreign currency exchange booths at four locations on the 2nd level throughout the terminal, two locations in each Greeter's Lobby areas (concourse E 1st level and concourse J 3rd level), and three locations passing security checkpoints: one inside concourse J, one location inside concourse D and one location at E Satellite building. The booth in concourse E 2nd level operates from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. View all Currency Exchange locations.

MIA Mover Station
The MIA Mover is a 1.25-mile-long, elevated people mover system that connects passengers from MIA to the Miami Rental Car Center (RCC) and the future Miami Intermodal Center (MIC). The MIA Mover station is located on the 3rd level between Dolphin and Flamingo garages (view location map cid:image001.jpg@01CC7D41.D298B070). Use the 3rd level Skyride (moving walkways) to connect between terminals and train station.

Multilingual paging is available throughout the terminal. For multilanguage assistance or to request a page, simply pick up any of the white courtesy phones located throughout the terminal. Paging service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Messages can be viewed on monitors located behind the ticket counters.

Rental Car Center (map)
The Rental Car Center (RCC), just one mile east of MIA, houses 16 rental car companies in one stunning new 6,500 vehicle facility. The RCC is located at 3900 NW 25th Street - Miami, Fl 33142. Use the MIA Mover to connect between the airport and the RCC. The MIA Mover Station is located on the 3rd level, between Dolphin and Flamingo garages (view location map cid:image001.jpg@01CC7D41.D298B070).

A translation Language Line is used by MDAD staff to access a translator for patrons whose language is not among those spoken by our multilingual staff. In addition to staffing MIA's Information Counters, MDAD's multilingual staff provides interpreting and translating service throughout all public areas of the terminal and in the Federal Inspection facilities.

The Aviation Department operates Tourist Information Counters throughout the terminal, including the main counter at Central Terminal E, 2nd level, near the airport's hotel. The counter is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, 365 days a year. For additional information, please call 305-876-7000.
