Armed Forces Center
The Armed Forces Center is located at Central Terminal E, 2nd level. The office is run by volunteers seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Amenities include snacks, TV and a computer with internet access.

ATMs / Bank
Passengers have access to a full service Bank of America's branch North Terminal D, 4th level. Automated teller machines (ATMs) are located throughout the terminal's 2nd level, Terminal D, E and J 1st level, meeter/greeter lobby J 3rd level, and past security in all the concourses.

Auditorium
MIA has two multimedia-ready auditoriums located at North Terminal D, 4th level, and South Terminal J, 3rd level. It can be reserved for special functions and meetings. Please contact 305-871-4100 ext. 2238 for reservations and additional information .View map location.

Animal Relief
MIA has animal relief areas located at the arrival level at North Terminal D, Central Terminal E and South Terminal J. The relief areas at Concourses E and J are whimsically themed "doggy parks." All of MIA's relief areas are equipped with dual surfaces and waste disposal stations (map).

Baggage Checkroom / Storage
The Baggage Checkroom is located at Central Terminal E, 2nd level, and is open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Storage charges are subject to baggage size. With proper identification (e.g., driver's license, birth certificate, passport), affidavits can be obtained for $10 at the baggage checkroom. Other services, including notary services and baggage accessories, are also available. For more information call 305-869-1163.

Chapel
For passengers' convenience and need, MIA provides a non-denominational chapel room located at North Terminal D, 4th level, of the terminal.

Conference Rooms
Conference rooms are available in the Miami International Airport Hotel on Concourse E, level 7. Contact the hotel directly at 305-871-4100.

Currency Exchange
MIA has foreign currency exchange booths at four locations on the 2nd level throughout the terminal, two locations in each Greeter's Lobby areas (concourse E 1st level and concourse J 3rd level), and three locations passing security checkpoints: one inside concourse J, one location inside concourse D and one location at E Satellite building. The booth in concourse E 2nd level operates from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. View all Currency Exchange locations.

Food / Dining
MIA's terminal offers a wide variety of foods and dining choices ranging from snacks and fast food, to fine dining, such as at MIA Hotel's Top of the Port restaurant, which offers panoramic views and is a great spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Learn more about MIA's restaurants and shops.

The Miami International Airport Hotel, located at Central level E, 2nd level, offers travelers the convenience of an airport location, the luxury of 260 soundproof rooms and the Top of the Port restaurant for fine dining. Internet Access
Data port connections and Wi-Fi areas are available at various locations throughout the terminal. You may ask for specific locations at one of our Information Centers, or by picking up one of the white paging phones located throughout the terminal. Language Assistance
If you need language assistance, please visit one of MIA’s information counters located throughout the terminal.

Lost and Found 

Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm. daily (365 days a year)

MDAD's Lost and Found facility is located near the entrance of Central Terminal E, 2nd level. You may contact Lost and Found directly by dialing 305-876-7377.

MIA Mover Station
The MIA Mover is a 1.25-mile-long, elevated people mover system that connects passengers from MIA to the Miami Rental Car Center (RCC) and the future Miami Intermodal Center (MIC). The MIA Mover station is located on the 3rd level between Dolphin and Flamingo garages (view location map ). Use the 3rd level Skyride (moving walkways) to connect between terminals and train station.

Paging
Multilingual paging is available throughout the terminal. For multilanguage assistance or to request a page, simply pick up any of the white courtesy phones located throughout the terminal. Paging service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Messages can be viewed on monitors located behind the ticket counters.

Press Center
The International Press Center is located Central Terminal E, 2nd level.

Rental Car Center (map)
The Rental Car Center (RCC), just one mile east of MIA, houses 16 rental car companies in one stunning new 6,500 vehicle facility. The RCC is located at 3900 NW 25th Street - Miami, Fl 33142. Use the MIA Mover to connect between the airport and the RCC. The MIA Mover Station is located on the 3rd level, between Dolphin and Flamingo garages (view location map ).

Self-service Luggage Carts
As an option to skycaps, rentable self-service luggage carts are available for passengers. Within the Federal Inspection Services enclosures, carts are provided free of charge to arriving international passengers. View self-service luggage carts locations.

Shoeshine Service
A shoeshine stand is located on Central Terminal E, 2nd level.

Shopping

Skyride Connector 
The 3rd level Skyride (moving walkways) connects all three MIA terminals - South, Central and North - with the North Dolphin / South Flamingo parking garages and the MIA Mover Station to the Rental Car Center.

Spa Services
MIA's Jetsetter Spa is located between South Terminal H, 2nd level. Services include manicures, pedicures, massages, and spray tanning. In addition, 10 Minute Manicure at South Terminal J, 2nd level, offers manicures, pedicures and massage.

Translation Service
A translation Language Line is used by MDAD staff to access a translator for patrons whose language is not among those spoken by our multilingual staff. In addition to staffing MIA's Information Counters, MDAD's multilingual staff provides interpreting and translating service throughout all public areas of the terminal and in the Federal Inspection facilities.

VIP Clubs and Lounges
MIA has various airline-operated VIP clubs and Lounges.

Western Union
Passengers may contact a Western Union representative at the main currency exchange booth at Central Terminal E, 2nd level, Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or obtain directions to the nearest locations in the Airport area from our Information Center at Central Terminal E, 2nd level, or by using any of the white paging phones located throughout the terminal.

Tourist Information Counters
The Aviation Department operates Tourist Information Counters throughout the terminal, including the main counter at Central Terminal E, 2nd level, near the airport's hotel. The counter is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, 365 days a year. For additional information, please call 305-876-7000.

What To Do During Layover (3-5 hours between flights)
If you have 3 to 5 hours between flights, we have some things you can do to occupy your time. Check with the Information Center located at Central Terminal E, 2nd level, for more details or view MIA's Useful Links for additional information.

Wheelchair Service
Courtesy wheelchair service is offered through the air carriers upon request. To make sure a wheelchair is available at the proper time, it is best to reserve one in advance of your flight departure or arrival by contacting your airline. Wheelchair assistance may also be requested at airline ticket counters.
