Print this page E-mail Page Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) The MDAD Quality Assurance Manual (QAM)  provides the policy, management responsibility, quality system elements and structure for the overall quality program at the Miami International Airport.

The manual serves as the basis for developing a Project Quality Plan and gives guidance to the contractors in the development of their QA and QC plans. The program presented in the manual is a document-based approach to Quality Assurance following the 20-element model frequently found in international standards such as the ISO 9000 series. The QA manual will serve as the base line for a program of internal quality audits use to verify compliance to the procedures and standards applicable to MDAD construction projects and a means of corrective actions and system improvements leading to an overall quality improvement program at MDAD.
